We are committed to building an inclusive, fun, and safe environment. We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, bullying, discrimination, or aggressive behavior, both online (in our social media comments and email replies) and at future in-person events. We reserve the sole right to remove anyone from our waitlist or ban them from future events if they violate these standards.

4. User-Generated Content

If you interact with our social media handles (@tallpeopleau), tag us in your content, or use our official brand hashtags, you grant Tall People AU a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to reshare, feature, or use that content for community-building and marketing purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Site and waitlist are provided on an "as-is" basis. Tall People AU is a platform for facilitating real-world social connections. We are not responsible or liable for the conduct, behavior, or actions of any community members, whether online or in-person at future meetups.
